Herbed Bay Shrimp with Rye Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked small bay shrimp
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 thinly sliced scallions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

In a large bowl, combine shrimp, mayonnaise, scallions, tarragon, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Serve chilled with rye crackers.
