  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup fat-free sour cream
  • ½ cup half-and-half
  • 4 ounces fresh linguine
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • ½ pound cooked and peeled medium shrimp
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons preshredded fresh Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain. Combine the linguine, half-and-half, and the next 4 ingredients (half-and-half through salt) in a large nonstick skillet.
