Honey Walnut Shrimp - Damn Delicious


  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup walnut halves
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ teaspoons honey
  • 1 ½ teaspoons condensed milk
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    • 1 large egg, beaten
    • ½ cup cornstarch
