  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 36 uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, butterflied
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 16 tablespoons butter
  • chives
  • 6 tablespoons fresh chives

Preheat broiler. Place mustard in bowl; whisk in lemon juice, then melted butter. Add chopped chives. Season with pepper. Arrange shrimp, cut side up, on broiler pan.
