Lemon Basil Shrimp and Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons drained capers
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 pound peeled and deveined large shrimp
- 2 cups baby spinach
- ½ teaspoon salt
- + 2 more ingredients

- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 quarts water
Bring 3 quarts water to a boil in a Dutch oven. Add pasta; cook 8 minutes. Add shrimp to pan; cook 3 minutes or until shrimp are done and pasta is al dente. Drain.
