  • 1 large lemon, cut in half
  • 6 black peppercorns
  • 1 cup water
  • Cocktail Sauce with Red Onion & Jalapeño
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Kosher salt

    • 1-½ lb. jumbo shrimp (16-20 count), unpeeled
