Mango and Shrimp Salad

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 8 Bibb lettuce leaves
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice, divided
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup sliced bottled red bell pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
    • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    • 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
    • 1 cup bottled chopped mango

Combine water, 1 tablespoon juice, salt, red pepper flakes, and bay leaf in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Add shrimp. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 3 minutes or until the shrimp are done.
