  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1-lb firm-ripe mango
  • 1 6-oz bunch watercress

    • 1 ½ pounds arge shrimp in shell (16 to 20 per lb), peeled and deveined
    • 4 10-inch flour tortillas
    • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
