  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
  • ½ cup(s) water
  • ¼ cup(s) coconut rum
  • 1 cup(s) rice vinegar
  • ½ cup(s) julienned radishes
  • ½ cup(s) julienned poblano chiles

    • 2 tablespoon(s) coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
    • 1 pound(s) jumbo shrimp (16 to 20 count), peeled and deveined, with tails on
    • 1 cup(s) julienned peeled mango (about 1 mango)
