Mexican Seafood Sauté with Avocado-Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 mango
  • ¼ cup tequila
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup shallots
  • 1 large shallot
  • 12 green onions, thinly sliced (white and pale green parts only; about 1 1/2 cups)
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ pounds uncooked jumbo shrimp
    • 1 jalapeño chile
    • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
    • Lime slices
    • 1 pound sea scallops
    • 1 large avocado
    • 2 tablespoons fresh mint
    • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
    • 26 teaspoons olive oil

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Season to taste with salt. Cover and chill. DO AHEAD: Can be made 2 hours ahead. Keep chilled. Whisk first 5 ingredients in small bowl to blend.
