Mini Rotini with Spicy Shrimp Ragout


  • 1 box Barilla White Fiber Mini Rotini
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small leek, diced
  • ¾ pound shrimp, chopped
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar BARILLA Spicy Marinara Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
