Ingredients

  • Lime wedges (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (7-ounce) package uncooked vermicelli
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 2 tablespoons lime juice
    • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain.Combine lime juice and next 6 ingredients (through garlic) in a small bowl, stirring to combine.Combine pasta and shrimp in a large bowl.
