  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ pound green beans, cut into 1 1/2-inch-long pieces
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 ounces bow-tie pasta
  • 1 (7 oz.) can whole-kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained

Prepare pasta according to package directions; add green beans to pot 3 minutes before pasta will be ready. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
