Pasta with Shrimp in Creamy Paprika Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
- 1 pound(s) long pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
- 1 pound(s) shrimp, peeled and deveined, medium or small (bite size)
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) paprika
- 8 ounce(s) fresh mushrooms, sliced, or 4 oz. canned (optional)

- 1 cup(s) dry white wine (substitute fish stock or vegetable stock)
