Pasta with Shrimp in Creamy Paprika Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
  • 1 pound(s) long pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
  • 1 pound(s) shrimp, peeled and deveined, medium or small (bite size)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) paprika
  • 8 ounce(s) fresh mushrooms, sliced, or 4 oz. canned (optional)

    • 1 cup(s) dry white wine (substitute fish stock or vegetable stock)
