Pork, Shrimp & Walnut Pot Stickers


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 dumpling wrappers, or enough to make 48 dumplings
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup chopped Californa Walnuts
  • ½ pound peeled, deveined raw shrimp, chopped
  • ½ pound extra lean ground pork
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon garlic chili sauce
    • 1 garlic minced
    • 2 tablespoon minced gingerroot
    • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
    • 1 tablespoon canola oil

In large skillet, heat canola oil over medium-high heat. Cook green onions, ginger, garlic and chili sauce about 2 minutes, or until fragrant but not browned. Let cool.
