Sauteed Shrimp in Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 14 500/1000 ounce(s) can Italian diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes or more to taste
- 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- red onion - diced
- ½ cup(s) white wine - dry
- 2 clove(s) garlic - chopped
- 2 teaspoon(s) lemon thyme - chopped

- 1 pound(s) shrimp - med.-large - peeled & deveined
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
Toss together shrimp, salt and red pepper flakes in medium bowl. Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add shrimp and sauté for about 2-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, and just cooked through. Transfer to plate or bowl, set aside. Add onion to same skillet...
