Sea Captain

Ingredients

  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 T oil
  • 1 heaping teaspoon salt
  • ½ t white pepper
  • 2 t curry powder
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 2 (16-ounce) cans tomatoes
    • 1 t chopped parsley
    • ½ t powdered thyme
    • Black pepper to taste
    • 1 ½ t horseradish, or to taste
    • 1 T lemon juice
    • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and cooked

Saute onion, bell peppers and garlic cloves in oil. Cook slowly, stirring constantly. Season with salt, white pepper and curry powder. Add tomatoes, chopped parsley, thyme, black pepper, horseradish, and lemon juice. Add cooked shrimp and heat thoroughly. Serve over rice. Recipe reprin...
