  • Hot cooked rice
  • 8 (1-ounce) sea scallops
  • 16 uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup chili sauce
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup olive or vegetable oil

1. In a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container, combine the first five ingredients. Add shrimp and scallops. seal or cover and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 2.
