Shrimp and Andouille Kababs with Roasted Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon(s) granulated garlic
- ¼ teaspoon(s) paprika
- ¼ teaspoon(s) kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon(s) fresh ground black pepper
- 12 cherry tomatoes

- 32 large shrimp (approximately 1 ½ pounds) peeled and deveined, tails removed
- 6 ounce(s) andouille sausage (or italian brat sausage)
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Marinade:
- 2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
