  • 1 tablespoon tarragon
  • 1 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 small tomato
  • 5 ounces peeled and deveined shrimp
  • ½ cup pearl (Israeli) couscous
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • ½ cup sugar snap peas
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 pinch sugar

Cook couscous in well-salted boiling water, uncovered, until tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in sugar snaps 3 minutes before couscous is done.
