Ingredients
- 1.25 cup(s) basmati rice
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon(s) turmeric
- 2 tablespoon(s) coarsely chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon(s) kosher salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil

- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
