Ingredients

  • 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 large cucumber
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (preferably kosher)
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ½ cup shallots
    • 12 ounces medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
    • 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
    • 2 ounces crumbled feta
    • 2 whole-wheat pitas (8 inches)
