Shrimp Boil with Spicy Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 ears corn
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 Turkish bay leaves or 1 California
- 2 ½ teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 5 tablespoons Creole or Cajun seasoning
- 1 lemon
- 1 ½ tablespoons prepared white horseradish

- 8 small boiling potatoes
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ pounds large shrimp in shell
