Ingredients

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 pound boiling potatoes (about 3), quartered
  • 1 onion, cut through the root end into 8 wedges
  • 1 ½ pounds large shrimp

    • 1 ½ pounds large shrimp
    • 6 cloves garlic, peeled
