Shrimp Bruschetta


  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • 1 T fresh chopped basil
  • ¼ t black pepper
  • ¼ t garlic powder
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • ½ c olive oil
  • 4 T balsamic vinegar
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
    • 8 oz cooked small or salad-size shrimp
