SHRIMP GUMBO 6

Ingredients

• Parsley
• Green onions
• 3 bay leaves
• 1 each(s) pepper and Worcestershire sauce (1 teaspoon each)
• 1 ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
• 3 pound(s) shelled shrimp, cooked
• 1 ½ package(s) sliced okra (4 ounce pkg)

• • ½ pound(s) ham, cubed
  • 2 can(s) tomato sauce (small cans)
  • 3 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 ½ stalk(s) celery, chopped finely
  • 1 onion, finely chopped (large)
  • ¹/₃ cup(s) bacon drippings and oil
  • 6 slice(s) bacon, diced

Cook bacon and remove. Add oil to bacon drippings; sauté onion and garlic. Add tomato sauce and celery. Cook until all water is absorbed and sauce begins to boil.
