Shrimp Salad Tarts


  • 24 mini tart cups
  • ¼ cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 1 pound(s) shrimp medium sized - cooked and shelled
  • parsley to garnish if desired
  • parmesan cheese - grated
  • 2 tablespoon(s) green onions - thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup(s) celery - diced
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoon(s) Old Bay Seasoning
    • 2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon zest
    • ¼ cup(s) sour cream

Coarsely chop shrimp. In a medium bowl, stir together the mayo, sour cream, zest and lemon juice. Add in the shrimp, celery and green onions. Fill each tart shell with a heaping tablespoon of mixture. Garnish if desired with chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese. Serve chilled.
