Shrimp Salad with White Beans, Broccoli, and Toasted Garlic

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups canned small white beans, rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup (2 ounces) grated fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 4 cups bagged broccoli florets
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
    • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
    • Dill sprigs (optional)
    • 1 pound peeled and deveined large shrimp
