Shrimp Scampi with Green Onions and Orzo

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pound uncooked large shrimp
- 4 green onions
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- ¾ cup orzo (rice-shaped pasta)
Cook orzo in large saucepan of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally.
