Shrimp, Spaghetti and Cheese


  • 6 ounce(s) goat cheese at room temperature
  • 1 pound(s) spaghetti or similar pasta
  • 3 tablespoon(s) fresh basil - coarsely chopped
  • 2 ounce(s) sun dried tomatoes - chopped coarsely
  • 2 clove(s) garlic - sliced thin
  • ½ cup(s) kalamata olives - pitted, halved and chopped
  • 1 pound(s) raw medium or jumbo shrimp - cleaned
