Shrimp Stir-Fry with Toasted Pecans


  • 4 c broccoli florets
  • 2/3 c canned fat-free chicken broth
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1 t ground ginger
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 large red or green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 (6-ounce) package frozen edamame, thawed
    • 1 T chopped pecans
    • ½ c green onions
