SHRIMP STUFFED CHERRY TOMATOES

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup(s) Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • ¼ cup(s) chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 pint(s) cherry tomatoes
  • ½ pound(s) cooked shrimp - peeled and deveined
  • 1 package(s) cream cheese, softened (8 ounce package)
  • ¼ cup(s) Parmesan Cheese
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoon(s) prepared horseradish
    • salt and pepper to taste

Cut the top off each cherry tomato, and scoop out the pulp. Place the tomatoes upside down on paper towels to drain.
