Shrimp Tacos With Avocado Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • ½ cup peeled & diced cucumber
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, bottoms only, diced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice

    • ¼ cup water
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
    • 1 teaspoon chili powder
    • ½ teaspoon paprika
    • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
    • ¾ lb small shrimp, cleaned & peeled
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    • 8 corn tortillas
