Shrimp To Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups medium frozen shrimp, defrosted with tails removed
  • ¼ teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 teaspoons orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup whole unsalted roasted cashews
  • 1/3 cup matchstick carrots
  • ½ cup french green beans, cut into bitesize pieces
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
    • 2 teaspoons peanut oil

Combine oil and pepper flakes in a medium-hot skillet.
