Shrimp, Tortellini and Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound small peeled shrimp
  • 3 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 (9-ounce) package chesse tortellini
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 8 cup fat-free chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ cup chopped red onion
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil

In large nonstick pot, heat oil, sauté onion and garlic over medium heat until tender. Add broth and ginger; bring to boil. Add tortellini, broccoli and shrimp.
