Shrimp Tortellini Pasta Toss Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup frozen peas
