Shrimp with Arugula Couscous
Ingredients
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup instant couscous
- 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, quartered
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 5-ounce bag arugula
- 20 medium-size shrimp, deveined
