Shrimp with Chimichurri Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • Chimichurri Sauce:
  • 1 c basil leaves
  • 1 c parsley leaves
  • ½ c cilantro leaves
  • 1/3 c extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 T fresh lime juice
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • 2 t red wine vinegar
    • ½ t ground cumin
    • 1 t salt
    • Shrimp:
    • ½ t cumin
    • 1/8 t cayenne pepper
    • ½ t salt
    • 1 ½ lb large shrimp (about 30), peeled and deveined
    • 1 T canola oil
