Shrimp with Cilantro and Lime

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    • 1 ¾ pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 1 teaspoon grated lime rind

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp mixture, and sauté 4 minutes or until shrimp are done. Remove from heat; stir in cilantro and remaining ingredients.carbo rating: 3
