Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp in shell (16 to 20 per lb), peeled and deveined
  • rice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 tablespoons medium-dry Sherry
    • 1 2-lb head Napa cabbage
    • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
    • 1 bunch scallions
