Shrimp with Oranges and Pasta


  • 1 (16-ounce) package mostaccioli, ziti, or any other tubular pasta
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 t chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 2 lb medium shrimp, peeled
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • ½ c orange juice
  • 2 oranges, separated into segments
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 t dried basil
    • 6 oz Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into chunks
