  • Suggested fillings: sliced avocado, cucumber strips, julienned carrots, cooked shrimp, teriyaki beef strips
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Bamboo sushi mat
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Garnishes: soy sauce, wasabi paste, pickled ginger
  • Sushi-grade tuna
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 cup short-grain or sushi rice
    • 4 nori sheets

Rinse and drain rice. Cook according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl. Spread rice in bottom of a large, shallow bowl.
