Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon wasabi powder (optional; see notes)
  • 3 cups vegetables (choose 2 to 5 items from "Vegetable Options," below)
  • 1 tablespoon minced peeled ginger
  • 1 ½ cups protein (choose 1 item from "Protein Options," below)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Asian sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 8 ounces buckwheat soba noodles
