Ingredients

  • 3 poblano chiles
  • ½ cup white wine
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
    • 1 tablespoons limezest
    • 4 cups farfalle, preferably whole- wheat
    • 1 pound medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
