Southwestern Chili Shrimp
Ingredients
- Sauce
- 2 teaspoon(s) lime juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup(s) guacamole
- 1 ½ pound(s) uncooked large shrimp, divined and peeled
- ½ teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon(s) Garlic salt

- 2 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine, melted
In large bowl, mix melted butter, chili powder, garlic salt, cumin, and lime juice. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Thread shrimp on six 15 inch metal skewers, leaving space between each.
