  • 1 ½ pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces snow peas, strings removed
  • 1 red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 12 slices bacon (about 8 oz.)

Combine apple juice, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until thickened and syrupy, about 15 minutes.
