Spanish Creole Shrimp Patties
Ingredients
- 4 stalk(s) celery, chopped
- 8 ounce(s) whipped topping
- ¼ cup(s) milk
- 1 cup(s) cooked rice (Uncle Bens)
- 1 can(s) tomato condensed soup (can substitute cream of mushroom)
- 1 can(s) shrimp
- 1 onion (small)
- + 3 more ingredients

- green pepper, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package(s) Pepperidge Farm patty shells
Sauté onion, celery and green pepper in butter or oleo. Add soup and shrimp. Add cream with milk to make up 1 can. Add rice, heat slowly. Serve in Pepperidge Farm patty shells (follow directions on pkg.) Serves: 6
