Spanish Creole Shrimp Patties


  • 4 stalk(s) celery, chopped
  • 8 ounce(s) whipped topping
  • ¼ cup(s) milk
  • 1 cup(s) cooked rice (Uncle Bens)
  • 1 can(s) tomato condensed soup (can substitute cream of mushroom)
  • 1 can(s) shrimp
  • 1 onion (small)
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • green pepper, chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 package(s) Pepperidge Farm patty shells

Sauté onion, celery and green pepper in butter or oleo. Add soup and shrimp. Add cream with milk to make up 1 can. Add rice, heat slowly. Serve in Pepperidge Farm patty shells (follow directions on pkg.) Serves: 6
