  • 1 ½ pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 ½ tablespoons avocado oil, divided
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
    • Lime wedges

Sprinkle shrimp with sugar and salt. Combine chili powder, cumin, coriander, and oregano. Lightly coat shrimp with spice mixture. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
