Spicy Shrimp and Artichoke Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 (9-ounce) package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and squeezed dry
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 cups trimmed arugula
- 8 ounces uncooked fettuccine
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 (7-ounce) jar sliced pimiento, drained
- ½ cup (2 ounces) crumbled feta cheese

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
