Stellar Sesame Shrimp with Miso Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup orange-pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 24 unpeeled large shrimp (about 1 pound)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
    • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
    • 1 tablespoon red miso (soybean paste)

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir well with a whisk.

Preheat oven to 450°.
